Good Fortune Mystery Quilt

I have decided to participate for the first time in Bonnie Hunter's Good Fortune Mystery Quilt.  If you would like to join in, you can get the fabric requirements and first week's instructions here.

Here is my fabric pull for this quilt, just a bit different from Bonnie's color choices.

Here is another view:

The top is gray as my neutral, olive for the red, yellow for the green, coral for the blue, teal for the orange.

I'm linking up here for the first week.  Are you playing along??

I will eventually do one of these Myster Quilt Alongs but have not got the time at the moment. I love the colours you have pulled. However whenever I have gone against the colours that have been chosen in one of these Quilt Alongs I have had to make a chart otherwise I get very confused!!!!! I think it must be my age.

Have fun cutting all that lovely fabric and can't wait to see how you get on.

Have a lovely weekend.

Hugs, Susie xx

I've seen lots of beautiful fabrics that people have pulled for this Mystery, but yours are some of my favorites!! Can't wait to see more as you make progress.

Those colors are beautiful together.

How is this coming along? I thought there might be an update. =) Or the HQAL, if you were working on some hand work. Is your shoulder still interfering with sewing?
