A Lovely Year of Finishes - July Goal

I've never done this, but I MUST finish my daughter's wedding quilt because her wedding is August 1 - not cutting it too fine, am I??  I am going to try to link up to Sew BitterSweet Designs Blog as added incentive to get this monster 105" square quilt finished.  Since my daughter wants it as part of the decoration at the reception behind the cake table, I really need to get this baby finished!
I have most of the quilting finished - it should be less than 100 hours to finish the quilting, label is made, need to wash the binding fabric and get the made and put on...just as soon as I get the quilting finished!!  Maybe this will help!!

Wow! That is one BIG beauty, Sassy! Looking forward to seeing this all quilted up. Congratulations to your daughter on her upcoming marriage.

I must chuckle because my July goal is also a quilt for my daughter which will be displayed at her wedding. I plan to give it to her for Christmas as well as a matching one like it for my other daughter. Neither are engaged yet but both have serious boyfriends. I am trying to get prepared early. I am making each of them 4 quilts total and I have only 3 completely finished.

P.S. your daughter's quilt is GORGEOUS! I can't wait to see it full out and quilted at the end of July. Good luck!

Hey Susan, The quilt is just beautiful. I am so proud of you. I just got the mail about the lady in Canada so wrote her. Don't know how I missed that message. Am fine and miss you. Wish we were closer.
Love, Peg
